Returns, Refunds & Limited Warranty Policy

At PFV Innovations, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We understand that every guitarist plays differently, and while we believe in the Flip Pick Plectrum System, we recognize that it may not be the right fit for everyone.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing fair, responsive customer service.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products purchased directly from FlipPickPlectrums.com.

We encourage you to try your Flip Pick Plectrum System to determine whether it meets your needs. Products may be returned after reasonable use, provided they have not been intentionally damaged, modified, or subjected to misuse.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pfvinnovations.com or complete the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Please contact us before shipping any merchandise back so we can provide appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error, a defective product, or circumstances where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us before returning it so we can help resolve the issue.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Gift Returns

If you are returning a product received as a gift, any applicable refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

Purchases from Other Retailers

Products purchased directly from FlipPickPlectrums.com cannot be returned to retail stores or other sellers.

If you purchased your Flip Pick Plectrum System from an authorized retailer or marketplace, the seller's applicable return policy will govern your return. Please contact the original seller directly for assistance.

Products purchased from authorized retailers may still qualify for coverage under our Limited Product Warranty, as described below.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product or pick gauge, please contact us about returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Customized Products

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for ordinary returns unless they are defective, were supplied incorrectly, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Price Adjustments

PFV Innovations does not offer price matching with other retailers, dealers, or competitors.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

30-Day Limited Warranty

At PFV Innovations, we stand behind the quality of our products.

All Flip Pick Plectrum System components, including FlexBands and RAVEN Wing Picks, are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the original date of purchase.

RAVEN Wing Picks are consumable products that naturally wear with use. However, if a RAVEN Wing Pick breaks or experiences premature failure during normal, intended use within 30 days of purchase, we will provide warranty support under the terms outlined below.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  • You must be the original purchaser of the product.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from PFV Innovations or an authorized Flip Pick retailer.
  • Proof of purchase, including the original purchase date, must be provided.
  • The product must have been used under normal conditions and in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable care instructions.
  • You must provide reasonable documentation of the reported issue, including photographs when requested.
  • You must make the affected product available for inspection or return if requested by PFV Innovations.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Ordinary wear and tear resulting from normal use.
  • Scratches, cosmetic damage, or other changes in appearance that do not affect product functionality.
  • Damage caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, or improper care.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  • Deterioration caused by improper storage, excessive heat, chemicals, or other environmental conditions.
  • Damage resulting from use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

This warranty does not cover damage to musical instruments or other equipment used in conjunction with Flip Pick products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Warranty Remedies

For approved warranty claims, PFV Innovations may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a replacement product, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

We may request photographs, proof of purchase, or the return of the affected product to evaluate a warranty claim.

Warranty coverage is generally limited to one remedy per affected item, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

In some circumstances, we may offer an alternative pick gauge or another reasonable resolution.

International Warranty Support

We are proud to serve guitarists around the world.

Customers outside the United States are eligible for warranty support under the same 30-day limited warranty.

Depending on the circumstances, PFV Innovations may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

International warranty claims will be evaluated individually, taking into account the nature of the issue, available shipping options, and applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty assistance, please email info@pfvinnovations.com and include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • A description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • Clear photographs showing the affected product and the reported issue.
  • Your preferred contact information.

A PFV Innovations team member will review your request and respond as soon as possible, generally within two business days.

Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

Additional Warranty Terms

This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from PFV Innovations or an authorized Flip Pick retailer.

No retailer, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty without written authorization from PFV Innovations.

This warranty provides specific contractual protections and does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have additional rights regarding returns, refunds, defective products, or product warranties.

Where applicable consumer protection laws provide greater protections than those described in this policy, those laws will prevail.

Policy Updates

PFV Innovations reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on FlipPickPlectrums.com. Updates will not reduce rights that have already accrued under applicable law or the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
